great location helpful staff many choices shower drainage security concern big stairs
this hotel rocks i mean, the location is fantastic! i walked to all the main tourist spots super easy. breakfast each morning had tons of choices, i ate so much yummy food. the guys at the front desk were helpful, giving tips and directions.
my room was on the upper floors without an elevator! lugging my bags up all those stairs was tiring. also, the shower drainage was not great, the water almost overflowed. plus, i noticed the room key opened other rooms, a big security concern!

friendly staff central location street noise poor soundproofing
the staff was friendly (very forthcoming, indeed). the location was really central to many attractions and that helped a lot.
i noticed some noise from the street at night. the room lacked soundproofing, as i could hear conversations from the hallway.

The hotel is very convenient. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a good spread. The room i had was functional. I managed to unpack my bags and use the furniture provided sufficiently. The bed was comfortable.
The wooden plank flooring is good for winter but makes noise travel very easily. Throughout the night, I could hear people upstairs walking and moving around. It made sleep difficult.

friendly staff varied breakfast central location
The staff greeted me warmly at all hours! Breakfast featured something new each day, a very nice surprise. The restaurant stood out as a true culinary gem with very delicious dishes. The hotel's central location made exploring the city easy and very convenient.
Soundproofing could be improved, as street noise was noticeable at times.

The Superior Triple Room included comfortable beds and spacious interiors, easily accommodating our family needs. We appreciated having ample storage for luggage and personal items. The room was very clean upon arrival and it maintained this condition throughout our visit.

some issues
poor drainage amplified sounds
i was disappointed by the noise. the wooden floors really amplified sounds from other rooms, specifically footsteps above. this made it difficult to sleep soundly. i also found the shower drainage was quite poor, leading to water pooling. it was a bit of an inconvenience.
